West Riyadh Development

The masterplan faced and resolved a number of significant challenges related to topography, infrastructure, transport, community facilities and public realm. The proposal promotes a vibrant mixed-use community with a pedestrian friendly streetscape. An extensive green strip was a solution to development limitations around the power lines while promoting walkability. Our vision is to create a sustainable development where a complementary mix of uses and careful transport and movement strategy are combined to deliver a masterplan that caters for a range of activities for visitors and residents.
