Luxury expansion of the existing successful shopping festival centre. This new 85,000, m2 3-level expansion caters to high class shoppers through a variety of luxury retail locations. Organized in a roughly triangular shape with feature courts at the triangle’s corners, with triple height galaries topped with barrel-vault skylights. A “marina” pavilion is set outside the main mall structure with more restaurants and the marina operators offices.
